Goods will be sent by standard parcel post service, reaching you between
three and five days from the date of posting. Goods will be wrapped in
bubblewrap and bound in strong paper and taped securely to ensure that there
is no damage in transit. I do not accept responsibility for goods lost in
the post and always get proof of posting.
I will refund the cost of the item and accept returns that are sent back in
the same condition as they were sent out. Returns must be sent back to me
within one week of the sale date. I will change the product for you in the
unlikely event that you are not completely happy - your satisfaction is very
important to me and I will do all I can to sort out any problem, just get in
touch with me anytime, I am available seven days a week.
