Customers have a maximum of 14 calendar days cooling off period, from the day after the item is received to notify us that they’d like to return the item for a refund. Customers then have an additional 14 calendar days from the notification of item return, to actually return it, or provide proof of the return. This is best done by sending back artwork tracked and signed for. Anything sent back must be in original new condition and wrapped securely. Customers must pay their own postage when sending back artwork. We will refund the original delivery charges as well if they apply. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
